Nile Legends AI is an AI image generation app that allows users to create stylized Egyptian-inspired AI portraits. The app may process the following types of information:
We do not require users to create an account to use the app.
Nile Legends AI allows users to select or upload a photo to generate an AI portrait. The selected photo may include a user's face or other facial features. We refer to this as face data.
The app collects face data only when the user voluntarily selects or uploads a photo for AI image generation.
Face data is used only to generate the AI image requested by the user. We do not use face data to identify users, authenticate users, track users, create biometric templates, or build facial recognition profiles.
Nile Legends AI does not collect Face ID data, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or facial geometry data used to identify or authenticate a person.
To provide AI image generation, the selected photo, prompt, and style options may be securely sent to our third-party AI image generation provider, OpenAI.
OpenAI processes this information only for the purpose of generating the requested AI image.
Before sending a selected photo, prompt, or style options to the AI generation provider, the app displays an in-app disclosure explaining what data will be sent, who it will be sent to, and how it will be used. The user must provide permission before the generation request is sent.
If the user cancels the AI generation process, the selected photo and face data are not sent for AI processing.
We use information only to provide and improve the app’s functionality, including:
We do not use user photos or face data for advertising, tracking, user identification, authentication, or facial recognition.
Nile Legends AI does not sell user data, photos, face data, or generated images.
We do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party tracking companies.
The selected photo, prompt, and style options may be shared with OpenAI only for the purpose of generating the requested AI image.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store full payment card information.
Generated images may be shared only when the user chooses to use system sharing features, such as saving to Photos, sharing through iOS share sheet, or sharing to social platforms.
Nile Legends AI does not permanently store selected photos or face data on our own servers.
The selected photo is processed for the purpose of generating the requested image and is not retained by the app after the generation process is completed, except where the user chooses to save the generated image on their own device.
Generated images are stored only on the user's device unless the user chooses to save or share them using system features.
Face data is retained only for the time necessary to complete the AI image generation request.
Before sending a selected photo, prompt, or style options to the AI generation provider, Nile Legends AI asks for the user's permission through an in-app consent screen.
The consent screen explains that the selected photo may include face data, identifies that the data may be sent to OpenAI, and explains that the data is used only to generate the requested AI image.
Users can cancel the process before any photo or face data is sent.
Nile Legends AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
Nile Legends AI may offer consumable in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase status information necessary to unlock paid features.
Nile Legends AI does not use third-party advertising networks.
Nile Legends AI does not sell user information for advertising or tracking purposes.
If analytics are used in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to clearly describe what data is collected, how it is used, and whether any third-party analytics provider is involved.
Users can choose not to provide a photo. If a user does not select or upload a photo, the AI portrait generation feature cannot be used.
Users can choose whether to save generated images to their device or share them through system sharing features.
Users may contact us to ask questions or request deletion of data related to their use of the app.
